Interstuhl Bueromoebel GmbH & Co. KG is one of the few companies in the office furniture manufacture, which has received the OHSAS 18001 certification: 2007- OSH management systems (AMS) in 2013. On 1st July 2007, the BS-OHSAS-18001:2007-Certification was published by the British Standards Institution. It defines the criteria which identify and evaluate possible risks linked to the activity of a company and help to improve performance management.
The OHSAS 18001 certification: 2007- certifies the great commitment and profound sensitivity which qualifies Interstuhl?s approach to the health and safety of its employees. These values are of fundamental importance to Interstuhl and are more relevant than ever.
With this project, Interstuhl calls for the active participation of the entire corporate structure, to encourage the promotion of a veritable culture of safety and health at work, demonstrating that the individual is at the heart of the successful family business.
This initiative is consistent with our corporate philosophy, which is focused on the individual and deeply embedded in our belief and sense of responsibility. It is reflected in the attitude towards employees as well as business partners and customers.
